Where can I buy the magazine?  |
You will find our magazine on sale at many newsagents and at railway stations and airports in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Should you be unable to find Spotlight products, please ask the sales personnel in the shop. You can also contact us by email to

| When does the magazine go on sale? |
Our monthly magazines Spotlight, Écoute, ECOS, ADESSO, Deutsch perfekt and Spot on go on sale on the last Wednesday of the previous month. Business Spotlight is published every two months, on Wednesdays in mid-February, mid-April, mid-June, mid-August, mid-October and mid-December.

You will receive your first issue approx. 4 weeks after submitting your
subscription.

Yes. Once your subscription has been processed you will receive written
confirmation.

cost? |
The euro prices shown on the subscription form include postage and packing for
Germany and Austria, and the SFR-prices for Switzerland are listed below. For mailing charges to other

abroad? |
Yes. The euro subscription price includes mailing to Austria, and you will find
the mailing prices for Switzerland above.

| Can a subscription be interrupted (e.g.
during a 3-month stay abroad)?
|
Yes. Please tell us as soon as possible when you will be away. Send an email to

Germany. The subscription will automatically be extended for the length of time you are
away.

| Who is eligible for a student/pupil
subscription?
|
This reduced fee is only available to pupils, students, those who are doing military or community service, apprentices and trainee teachers and only on receipt of proof, i.e. a
document or certificate. Simply fax a copy of the document/certificate, along with your customer
number, to [+49] 89/856 81-159. If we do not receive written proof, you will be charged the normal
rate. NOTE: this does not apply to Spot on as the subscription price is already at the student
rate.

| Can I order a gift subscription?
|
Yes. Please send us an order for the product of your choice. This can be done
either by email to abo@spotlight-verlag.de, by fax [+49]
89/856 81-159, or by writing to Spotlight Verlag Kundenbetreuung/Customer Service, Postfach 15 65,
82144 Planegg, Germany, with a billing and a delivery address. You can also set up a subscription via
the internet using our homepage: look for the heading "Abonnement" at www.spotlight-verlag.de
and click on "Geschenke Abo" (gift subscription). If you wish, we can also send the recipient of the
subscription a gift voucher.

| Do I have to terminate a gift subscription?
|
No. A gift subscription is always limited to one year and will therefore expire
automatically.
|
| Do I need to be a subscriber myself in order to refer another potential subscriber?
|
No. At Spotlight new customers can be recommended by people who do not subscribe themselves. Anyone who recommends a new customer and receives a premium is in no way obligated to
Spotlight.
|
| When do I receive my gift?
|
You will receive your gift approx. 10 - 14 days after the new subscriber has
paid his first bill.
|
| When do I pay my subscription fee?
|
Unless you are paying by direct debit, you will receive a bill as soon as the first issue of the magazine has been sent to you. You can then either transfer the sum payable to us
using the form attached or set up a direct debit.

| Can I pay by credit card?
|
Yes. You can pay by credit card (VISA, American Express, Mastercard). You can be sure that your credit card
details will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Please send us your credit card number with the expiry date, as well as your customer
number and the amount payable.
|
| Is the subscription
tax-deductible?
|
The costs for Business Spotlight are generally tax-deductible in Germany. Whether Spotlight, Écoute, ECOS, ADESSO, Deutsch perfekt and Spot on can be deducted in individual cases must be decided by your tax office.

Our Extra Service for Teachers offers ideas for using our language magazines in
lessons. Subscribers who work as teachers can make use of this service free of charge. The material
will be sent with the magazine.
